| Brian and I decided to go and check out the Liberty Memorial. It was built in memory of the valour of soldiers throughout the world, about 80 years ago, and over the years, fell into a state of disrepair. In 2000, it was determined that it needed to be touched up, and construction enveloped it for the first year and a half that I lived in Kansas City. It was reopened to the public in May of 2002, and it took me this long to finall make it to see it. | ||
