Step One
Last night, I completed phase one in never having to leave the house again. I bought a kegerator. You're invited over when it's ready to go. I have to clean it, and arrange some furniture first. When Jeff moves in, we can move what is currently the entertainment center into the kitchen for the shelving of brewing supplies. It's all coming together nicely. Here are some pics that are also links!

So does that mean no more drunken bus stories?

bahua thinks:
I should hope not! I see no reason not to keep going out and seeing people, and riding the bus to do so. Remember, this was only step one.

FYI, I just finished giving it a good de-scumming with some windex.

chicus took the time to say:
so you are moving your entertainment center to the kitchen and a fridge into the living room? I am thinking martha stewart might have something to say about that...

bahua spoiled the calm with:
The "entertainment center" is one of the most unfortunately named pieces of furniture in existence. It's just a pine modular shelving unit that happens to fit a television on it. When Jeff moves in, he'll have his own, custom-made for his massive TV, which will free up the crappy one I bought for $40 at Costco when I first moved to KC. There will be no television in the apartment, outside the living room.
