KCK, West Bottoms, & Quality Hill

Post by bones.25 »

Was able to get a few pictures in last night before it got too dark.

Went to a lot of concerts here in the 80s

Yes, thank you. The high school is a poignant reminder of better days in KCK.

You spent some serious time with these excellent photos. Even getting them uploaded kept you away from whatever else you may have wanted to do. Thanks much.

Thanks and I needed a break from watching football all day. Felt good to get out for a bit.

Photos look great bones! Roanker, do you have any old downtown KC photos? I know you've shared one or two before.

Gosh. I don't know. I'll have to go digging. I didn't get into photography until 2005, and you can't really call what I do now as true "photography." I know very little about how a camera works. My Nikon does all the thinking. I depend on Photoshop to correct lighting and such. I did take a few black and white pictures back in the 50s with a cheap camera, but the results were nothing anybody would want to see.
