So Cordish is going to have four towers and one renovation going at once? Something seems off
What’s the fourth tower
You have the two planned by Cordish and Sky, 3 Light, and it was mentioned on this forum that 4 Light could begin while 3 is underway. So I guess that’s the 4

Anyone have renderings? https://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/news/2021/07/23/cordish-sky-real-estate-je-dunn-mixed-use-site.html To either side of Main Street, the project site has the potential to support at least 20 stories of construction, said Nick Benjamin, The Cordish Cos.' vi...

Re: Muehlebach Hotel / KC Club Project

So doing some digging around, I stumbled across four more renderings of the original office building design for this project. One showing the building from Barney Allis Plaza, two aerial, and one interior rendering. This were produced in July 2017. The other two were made in August 2019 and show the...

Re: Katz on Main

I discovered the full rendering set of the Old Katz plans. The date of these renderings are November 2019, so long before LuxLiving entered the picture, but Hoefer Welker (at the time: Hoefer Wysocki) is still the architect. I have reason to believe that these were not created for LuxLiving and inst...

Those views are top notch. I’d love to be eye level with the Power and Light building, but a few facing North wouldn’t be bad in my book.

I don't think they will but not because of 4L. At this point, 4L is going at the corner of 14th and Main, but 5L will adjoin the theatre and hopefully break ground in the next 4-5 years.
Hmm. Interesting change by moving 4 Light from next to the theater to 14th and Main.

With the Sheraton at Crown Center open again, I got to go back up and get a picture from the 40th floor. I like how the recent projects filled in the Crossroads a bit more. Still plenty of space to build on. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51317188977_9d9d3eba7b_h.jpg https://live.staticflickr.c...

I wonder if a second crane will be used here. The site is quite large and one crane doesn't seem like enough to reach to the other end of the site.

Re: Hotel Phillips to get multimillion dollar freshing up

The updates that could be done to the room to make them better, in my view, is change the orientation of the beds if possible. I don't really like them being up against the windows like that. I do find the elevators a little slow for a 20 floor building, so they could increase the speed on them a li...

These past few days were my second time at this hotel. I quite like it. Re: Seiden's Furs Appears to Be Closing

It's certainly a building that should have been placed on their endangered list by now. Dave posted photos: https://twitter.com/kclightrail/status/1414743306462957569?s=20 I know that the roof collapsed, but the exterior walls look strong enough and are intact. So, they could be reused. This isn't ...
