			<description><![CDATA[I used to have something like it, when this site was hosted on my home machine. The old one, however, wasn't as exact, with the densities, and didn't work in square miles. Also, this new one is written entirely in perl, as an academic exercise for myself.<br><br>

You'll notice as well, that it's a .cgi file. I figured calling a file '.cgi' is closer to standard than using 'htsh.' I have been thinking, however, of making my own file extension, like index.bdc, or something like that. Anyway, it's all part of an effort to get away from naming my files htsh.<br><br>
