| We had been drinking on that patio, waiting for C'est What(pronounced "Say What," you ignorant American) to open. It did, so we crossed the street and bellied up to the bar. C'est What is an excellent beer bar, and easily worthy of my top ten. They apparently have a set of standards that governs what kinds of beer they allow themselves to serve. I enjoyed this point of policy. | ||
